2008 Spring Southeast USA Getaway Guide Vacation Fun
Official Sweepstake Rules

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE PRIZE.

2. ELIGIBILITY. 2008 Spring Southeast USA Getaway Guide Vacation Fun Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Ireland, United Kingdom and the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees and their immediate families of Madden Media or any of the participating advertisers in the 2008 Spring Southeast USA Getaway Guide newpaper insert, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, and agencies are not eligible. All Federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules.

3. HOW TO ENTER AND WIN. In order to enter the Sweepstakes, an eligible participant must either: a) Visit the Vacation Fun website and provide the requested information or b) download and fill out the PDF Entry Form and mail it in. Limit one entry per person.

4. PRIZE. You could be the lucky winner of a six night stay at Perry's Ocean Edge Resort, four passes aboard Bongo Billy's Banana Boat Ride, four passes to the Museum of Arts & Sciences, four passes to Daytona Lagoon Water Park, $50 gift certificate to Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, and a $40 gift certificate to Ocean Deck Rastaurant & Beach Club! Package expires June of 2009. Subject to availability. Some restrictions apply. If winner cannot accept prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner. All expenses not specified are winner's sole responsibility. Winner will be notified by mail, overnight mail, telephone and/or email at sponsor's sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions are allowed, except by Madden Media, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. All applicable taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing of all entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes.

5. DURATION OF SWEEPSTAKES. The Sweepstakes begins on Sunday, January 27, 2008 and ends on May 27, 2008. All entries must be received by midnight EST on May 28, 2007 or postmarked on or prior to May 27, 2008. Madden Media assumes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. By participating in the Sweepstakes, an entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by the Sweepstakes rules. Entrants agree that in case he/she is a winner, his/her name, likeness, photos or personal information can be used by Madden Media for advertising, promotion or publishing. The prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within 21 business days of notification. In the event of the prize winner’s noncompliance within this period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner through another random drawing of entries.

7. LIST OF PRIZE WINNERS. For a list of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope, along with a signed request to: Explore the Southeast - 2008 Spring USA Getaway Guide Sweepstakes, c/o Madden Media, 1650 E Fort Lowell Road, Tucson, AZ 85719.

8. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received.

9. CONFLICT. These Sweepstakes rules constitute the full agreement relating to the Sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict between these rules and any of the documents relating to the Sweepstakes, these rules shall prevail.
