Palm Springs, California 2005 Vacation Fun
Official Sweepstake Rules

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR RECEIVE PRIZE.

2. ELIGIBILITY. The Palm Springs, California 2005 Vacation Fun Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees and their immediate families of Madden Preprint Media or any of the partners in the Palm Springs, California sweepstakes, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, and agencies are not eligible. All Federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules.

3. HOW TO ENTER AND WIN. In order to enter the Sweepstakes, an eligible participant must either: a) Visit the Vacation Fun website and provide the requested information or b) download and fill out the PDF Entry Form and mail it in. Limit one entry per person.

4. PRIZE. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions are allowed, except by Madden Preprint Media, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. All applicable taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing of all entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes. The winner will be notified via US mail within two weeks after being chosen and does not need to be present to win.

5. DURATION OF SWEEPSTAKES. The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on January 1, 2006. All entries must be received by midnight EST on January 1, 2006 or postmarked on or prior to January 1, 2006. Madden Preprint Media assumes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. By participating in the Sweepstakes, an entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by the Sweepstakes rules. Entrants agree that in case he/she is a winner, his/her name, likeness, photos or personal information can be used by Madden Preprint Media for advertising, promotion or publishing. The prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within 21 business days of notification. In the event of the prize winner’s noncompliance within this period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner through another random drawing of entries.

7. LIST OF PRIZE WINNERS. For a list of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope, along with a signed request to: Madden Preprint Media, Attn: Promotions Coordinator (PSS), 7400 Baymeadows Way, Suite 317, Jacksonville, FL 32256.

8. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received.

9. CONFLICT. These Sweepstakes rules constitute the full agreement relating to the Sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict between these rules and any of the documents relating to the Sweepstakes, these rules shall prevail.
